New and Better Products

In 2024, we reinforced our commitment to product innovation by increasing our investment in Research and Development (R&D) compared to the previous year, reaching $44.2 million pesos.

These investments focused on healthy eating and continuous improvement. We work to ensure every formulation complies with current regulations and our internal standards. Through evidence-based efforts, we promote categories aligned with health trends and optimize the nutritional profile of our portfolio.

In 2024, McCormick® expanded across several categories through new launches and growth:







In the ice cream category, we focused on innovating our portfolio with over 20 strategic new launches. Three standout products for their performance were: Cono Carlos V®, Mega Nuts®, and Cono Crunch®.




International Markets

At Grupo Herdez®, we drive our international expansion by adapting products to local tastes, balancing tradition and innovation. Our portfolio leads in authentic Mexican food in the U.S. and ranks third in Canada. By adjusting recipes and formats, we have overcome technical challenges and strengthened our global presence—preserving our essence while generating brand value.
